I had an issue years ago because of a counterfiet chip in the USB to Serial adaptor and then purchased a genuine adaptor. It has been working great for the last 3 years until I just upgraded to Windows 10. The driver gives a code 10 and when I lookedit up it states a counterfiet chip??? Why did I run the CheckChipVersion tool and it stated it was genuine but in windows 10 its not?? I use my plotter everyday for business and now it has stopped on this machine.

I really dont want to go back to windows7 on this machine as I do have another Windows 7 I can get by for now with. Is there a bug in windows 10 64bit that is causing this issue??
